Ingredients

Dough:

-3 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour

-1 2/3 cups 0% Greek Yogurt

Seasoning for meat:

-1sp coarse salt (1/2 tsp fine salt)

-1/2 tsp onion powder

-1/2 tsp garlic powder

-1/2 tsp pepper

-1/2 tsp oregano

-1/4 tsp cumin

-1/4 tsp chili powder

-splash of worcestershire sauce

-2 tsp diced tomatoes

Directions

Stuffing:

  1. Mix flour and yogurt until you get a nice round ball. This may take awhile. You might have to add a little extra yogurt--set aside
  2. Cook the meats with the seasonings and set aside in bowl.
  3. Add all the ingredients together (Cooked meats, cheese, diced jalapeno’s
  4. Take dough ball and make it semi-flat
  5. Cut dough ball into 8 sections
  6. Flatten out each dough section as flat as you can without zipping the dough
  7. Put a spoonful of the stuffing onto the dough
  8. Wrap dough around the stuffing however you prefer (circle, rectangle, whichever you prefer)
  9. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side
  10. ENJOY!
